With over fourteen years of service in the DC Metro area, Longobardi & Associates’s (L&A’s) business philosophy still remains the same to this day; “We protect a Client’s interest as if it was our own.”  Over our fourteen year tenure, L&A has had the great opportunity to provide services for industry leading Clients; private, public, and federal. On the private sector side, L&A provides services for JBG Smith (Formally Vornado/ Charles E. Smith), First Potomac Realty Trust, Greystar, Duball, Johnson Controls/TD Bank, Ritz Carlton Residences, and Ironstar to name a few.  On the local government public sector side, L&A provides services for DC Department of General Services (DGS) and DC MPD/ FEMS.  On the federal sector side, L&A provides landlord Owner Representative services on GSA/DoD office suite build-out projects.  L&A would welcome the opportunity to protect your interest.

Our Story

A husband and wife team that met in Architecture school and completed their Master degrees together went on to work separately in Architecture, Construction, and Development firms for over ten years; each reaching Senior Management positions.  In January 2008, Erinne Longobardi founded Longobardi & Associates (L&A) a woman-owned, CBE Certified, Owner Representative, Construction Management and General Contracting firm which primarily offers services in the DC Metro area.  Clifton Longobardi joined L&A shortly thereafter and they have been successfully running the firm together for over fourteen (14) years.

Erinne Longobardi’s twenty plus years of construction management and design experience includes work in the development and architecture industries. As founder and President of Longobardi & Associates, Erinne Longobardi is the Managing Member and oversees all aspects of the firm. With her distinct experience and eye for detail she is able to offer a wide range of services to L&A’s Clients.

Prior to founding Longobardi & Associates, Erinne Longobardi served as Director of Unit Delivery for Madison Homes, a leading local residential developer, where she led the efforts in establishing the company-wide Unit Delivery Program. Previously, she worked for Gensler Architects, a leading international architecture firm, as a Project Manager/ Project Architect managing and designing a variety of project types including high-end tenant fit-outs, public, and government projects.

Erinne Longobardi is a LEED Accredited Professional in Commercial Interiors and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies degree and Master degree in Architecture from Florida A & M University.

Clifton Longobardi’s twenty plus years of construction management and design experience includes work in the development, construction, and architectural industries as well as the subcontractor community. As Vice President of Longobardi & Associates, Clifton Longobardi uses his diverse experience to provide a well-rounded knowledge base for L&A’s Clients.

Prior to joining Longobardi & Associates, Clifton Longobardi served as Director of Construction for Metropolis Development, a DC developer completing over $200 million of mix-use space in downtown Washington DC. Previously, he worked as a superintendent for Clark Construction, one of DC’s largest general contracting firms, where he supervised work of commercial, tenant fit-out, and civic projects, including the new Washington DC Convention Center a 1.2 million sf facility in the heart of the city.

Clifton Longobardi is a PMP and LEED AP (BD+C and Homes) and holds a B.S. in Architectural Studies degree and Master degree in Architecture from Florida A & M University.  He also holds a Master of Building Construction degree from the University of Florida.
